Welcome to use our products and services! We deeply understand the importance of personal information to you, and your trust is especially important to us. We will comply with legal and regulatory requirements to take corresponding security measures and are committed to protecting the security and controllability of your personal information. Based on this, Beijing Dotwide Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "we", "platform", "Dotwide") has formulated this "ACOL Software APP Privacy Protection Guidelines" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines" / the "Privacy Protection Guidelines") to help you fully understand how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal information and how you can manage your personal information when using our products and services, so that you can make appropriate choices.

I. Definition and scope of application
1. ACOL Software APP Platform: refers to a platform independently developed and operated by Beijing Dotwide Technology Co., Ltd. for ACOL guidance, mind cultivation and comfort for people in society, including but not limited to APP and WeChat applet.
2. ACOL Software APP Platform Service: refers to the core services such as registration and certification, resources, practice, message, collection, and other related services provided by Beijing Dotwide Technology Co., Ltd. to users through ACOL Software APP APP, ACOL Software APP WeChat applet, etc. services.
3. ACOL Software APP Platform Rules: All rules, interpretations, announcements, etc. that have been published and subsequently published on the ACOL Software APP Platform, as well as various rules, implementation details, guidelines, announcements, etc. published by the ACOL Software APP Platform Help Center and other channels.
4. Affiliated companies: refers to companies or agencies that control Beijing Dotwide Culture Communication Co., Ltd., are controlled by Beijing Dotwide Culture Communication Co., Ltd., or are under common control with Beijing Dotwide Culture Communication Co., Ltd. now or in the future. Control refers to the ability to directly or indirectly influence the management/operation of the controlled object through ownership, voting shares, contracts, actual operating relationships, or other legally recognized means.
5. ACOL Software APP Platform Users (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User"): refers to individuals or organizations who register, log in, and use ACOL Software APP Platform Services. Users can use resources, practice, messages, collections, etc. on the ACOL Software APP Platform.
6. Personal Information: refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.
7. Sensitive Personal Information: refers to personal information including ID number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, whereabouts, transaction information, information of children under 14 (inclusive) years old, etc. (Specific sensitive personal information is highlighted in bold herein).
8. Unless otherwise agreed, the definitions used in the Guidelines have the same meaning as those in the ACOL Software APP Platform Service Agreement.
9. The Guidelines only apply to ACOL Software APP Platform Services. If the product or service provider linked to the ACOL Software APP Platform provides you with other products or services, please check the privacy guidelines and other personal information collection and use rules publicly disclosed to you by the product or service provider.
II. How we collect and use your information
We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity and for the purposes described in this Privacy Guidelines.
(I) Help you become our registered or logged-in user
1. When you register as a ACOL Software APP Platform User and use ACOL Software APP Platform Services, we will collect your mobile phone number. This information is collected to meet the online real-name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use our services normally. If you choose to log in via SMS verification code, you authorize us to call your SMS receiving and processing function and send you SMS to verify your identity. When you log in to the platform service through WeChat, you also need to provide your WeChat avatar, nickname, and other information.
2. When you register for Xinmi identity, we will collect your name, birthday, mobile phone number, and initiation information for real-name authentication. Refusal to provide the aforementioned information will only prevent you from using the ACOL Software APP Platform Service as Xinmi users, but it will not affect your normal use of the ACOL Software APP Platform Service in other identities.
(II) Provide you with our products or services
1. When you use ACOL Software APP Platform Services, in order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and protect the security of your account, we will collect your device model, operating system, unique device identifier, login IP address, ACOL Software APP software version number, network access method, type and status, network quality data, device accelerator (such as gravity sensing device), operation log, service log information (such as your searches and views operation records, service failure information, referral URLs, and other log information in the ACOL Software APP platform). This type of information is basic information that must be collected to provide services.
2. When you invite friends to use ACOL Software APP Platform Services and share information you like with them, we will send the relevant information to your friends through WeChat third-party communication tools.
3. When you use the functions of scanning QR codes, taking photos, and taking videos, we will access the relevant permissions of your device camera and collect the pictures and video information you provide based on the pictures and videos uploaded to us after scanning the QR codes and taking photos. If you refuse to provide permissions and content, it will only prevent you from using this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of ACOL Scripture. At the same time, you can also cancel this permission at any time through relevant function settings. When you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information, and we will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; but unless you delete your information in accordance with the provisions of the law, your cancellation will not affect us processing and storage of information based on your previous authorization.
(III) Integrated SDK usage rules
1. Purpose of using WeChat SDK: to help users log in using WeChat accounts.
Usage scenario: each time the user chooses to log in with WeChat.
Sharing method: SDK local collection, does not involve data sharing.
Third-party name: Shenzhen Tencent Computer System Co., Ltd.
collects/shares information: network access, getting Wi-Fi status, reading phone status, writing to external storage, reading external storage information using storage permissions, device identification information (including IME1, device serial number, OAID, MEID, Android iD, IMSI.GUID, MAC address, SIM card serial number), installed APP information, sensor information, clipboard.
Information type: operating system information, device model information, application list information
2. To identify your device and prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating, improve service security, and ensure operation quality and efficiency, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, device serial number, OAID, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, MAC address, SIM card serial number), installed APP information or running process information.
3. To realize the garbage cleaning and operation acceleration functions, we will request your storage permission to obtain external storage information (SD card data) to check the status of the phone's CPU, memory, and SD card.
4. When you play videos and other content, to adapt to the status of your device, we will call the device's gravity, acceleration, and other sensor information to identify the horizontal and vertical screen status of your device.
5. When you share or receive shared information, you need to access your clipboard locally and read the passwords, sharing codes, and links contained therein to implement functions or services such as redirection, sharing, and integrated events arrangement.
(IV) Other collection and use rules
1. We will use the collected personal information within the scope necessary to realize the functions of our products or services in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Guidelines.
2. When we want to use your personal information for in other purposes not specified in this Privacy Guidelines, or when we use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, you will be asked to ask for permission in advance by actively checking the box with your prior consent.
3. We may also collect and use non-identifying information. Non-identifying information refers to data that cannot be used to determine personal identity. For example, we collect aggregate statistics such as website visits. The purpose of collecting this data is to understand how users use our products and services. This allows us to improve our services and better meet our customers' needs. We may collect, use, process, transfer or disclose non-identifying information for other purposes at our sole discretion. We will endeavor to segregate your personal information and non-identifying information and use both types of information separately. If personal information is mixed with non-identifying information, it will still be treated as personal information.
4. In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your authorization and consent in the following situations:
(1) Related to the performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations by the personal information controller;
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution;
(5) To protect the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals but it is difficult to obtain the authorization and consent of the individual;
(6) The personal information involved is disclosed to the public by the personal information subject on his/her own initiative;
(7) Necessary to sign and perform contracts according to the requirements of the personal information subject;
(8) Collect personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
(9) Maintain the products or services provided necessary for safe and stable operation, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;
(10) The personal information controller is a news organization, and it is necessary for it to carry out legitimate news reports;
(11) The personal information controller is an academic research institution , when it is necessary to conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or description to the outside world, the personal information contained in the results will be de-identified.
5. You acknowledge and recognize that: ACOL Software APP Platform provides you with links through advertising or other means so that you can access third-party services or websites. When you use the services of such third parties, you are subject to the third party's terms of service and privacy policy. We remind you to read their policies carefully. We are not responsible for the third party's use of the information provided by you.
III. How we use cookies and similar technologies
1. To provide you with an easier access experience, when you use ACOL Software APP Platform Services, we may identify you through small data files. This will save you repeated input steps to register information or help determine your login status and account security. These data files may be cookies, flash cookies, or other local storage provided by your browser (collectively referred to as "Cookies").
2. Web pages often contain some electronic images (called "single pixel" GIF files or "network beacons"). Using network beacons can help the website count users who browse the webpage or access certain cookies. We will collect your information through network beacons. Information about web browsing activities, such as the address of the page you visited, the address of the referring page you visited previously, the time you stayed on the page, your browsing environment and display settings, etc.
3. The ACOL Software APP Platform may use your browsing behavior data to show you information or content related to your interests when you browse platform information based on your interests and preferences. This process includes the following aspects:
(1) Collection of interest data: We use cookies to collect and save your behavioral data through the content you have browsed on the ACOL Software APP Platform.
(2) Obtain your interest classification based on your browsing behavior data.
4. We will not use the information collected by the above technologies for any purpose other than those stated in this privacy policy. Please understand that some of our services can only be achieved using "Cookies". If your browser or browser add-on services allow it, you can modify the acceptance of cookies on the relevant page, but this action may affect your safe use of ACOL Software APP Platform Services in some cases.
IV. How we share, transfer, and disclose your information
(I) Sharing
1. We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations and individuals other than Beijing Dotwide Technology Co., Ltd., except in the following circumstances:
(1) In sharing under legal circumstances: We may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, litigation, dispute resolution needs, or as required by administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with the law.
(2) Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
(3) Sharing when necessary to provide you with the products or services you need: When you trade through the ACOL Software APP Platform, we will share the necessary transaction-related information in your order information with relevant service providers based on your choice to fulfill your trading needs.
(4) Sharing with affiliated companies: To facilitate us to provide you with products and services based on the ACOL Software APP platform account, recommend information that may be of interest to you, and identify abnormalities in member accounts, we may share your personal information with our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary personal information and it will be subject to the purposes stated in these Privacy Guidelines. If we share your sensitive personal information or our affiliates change the purpose of using and processing personal information, we will ask for your authorization and consent again.
(5) Sharing with authorized partners: We may entrust authorized partners to provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf to provide you with better customer service and user experience. We will only share information for the purpose stated in these Privacy Guidelines. To share your information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, authorized partners can only have access to the information they need to perform their duties, and we will require them through the agreement not to use this information for any other purpose.
Currently, our authorized partners include the following two types:
1) Authorized partners in advertising and analysis services. We will not share your personal information with advertising or consulting service providers unless you actively authorize us to provide it. However, we may share information that cannot be used to identify you and cannot be recovered by the recipient, such as anonymized user portraits, with advertising or consulting service providers or advertisers to help them identify you personally. 2) Service providers and other partners. When you use our specific services, you fill in the information yourself, and we will send the information you fill in to the service provider you want to contact.

For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality clauses with them or require them to process the above information for us in accordance with our privacy guidelines and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
(II) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:

(2) If we determine that you violate laws and regulations or seriously violate the relevant agreements and rules of ACOL Software APP Platform, or to protect the personal and property safety of ACOL Software APP Platform users or the public from infringement, we may disclose information about your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or with your consent, including related violations and measures that ACOL Software APP Platform has taken against you.
(IV) Exceptions to obtaining prior authorization and consent when sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing personal information
1. According to relevant laws and regulations, sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing your personal information does not require prior authorization and consent from you in the following situations:
(1) Related to our performance of obligations stipulated in laws and regulations.
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security.
(3) Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests.
(4) Criminal investigation related to judicial or administrative law enforcement such as prosecution, trial, and judgment execution.
(5) To protect your or other individuals' life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests but it is difficult to obtain your consent.
(6) You voluntarily report to the society Personal information disclosed to the public.
(7) Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.
2. Please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws, if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot recover, the sharing, transfer, and disclosure of such processed data will be made without further notice to you and without your consent.
V. How we protect your information
(I) Data protection measures we take
1. We have adopted reasonable and feasible security protection measures that comply with industry standards to protect your information and prevent personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss.
2. We have established a reasonable and feasible data security management system to improve the security of personal information from multiple dimensions such as organizational construction, system design, and personnel management. We will hold security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees’ awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
(II) Response to personal information security incidents
We will do our best to protect your personal information. We also ask that you understand that no security measures can be impeccable. If our physical, technical or management protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering or destruction of information, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will promptly activate the emergency plan and take reasonable relief measures to minimize the impact on your personal information and other rights and interests as much as possible. After an unfortunate personal information security incident occurs, we will also inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the handling measures we have taken or will take, and suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks on your own, remedial measures for you, etc. We will notify you of event-related information by email, letter, phone call, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to notify the personal information subjects one by one, we will issue announcements in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, we will also report the handling of personal information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities.
VI. How we store your information
(I) Storage location
The personal information we collect and generate during our operations in the People's Republic of China will be stored in China. Under the following circumstances, we will provide your personal information to overseas entities after fulfilling our obligations under the law:
(1) Applicable laws have clear provisions.
(2) Obtain your explicit authorization.
(3) You conduct information through the Internet cross-border transactions and other personal initiative-taking behaviors.
In response to the above situations, we will ensure through contracts and other forms to protect your personal information to a level no lower than that specified in these guidelines.
(II) Storage Period
We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in these Guidelines unless there are mandatory retention requirements by law. After the retention period has expired, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as required by applicable law.
VII. How you can manage your information
You can access and manage your information in the following ways:

You have the right to query, correct or supplement your information. You can log in to ACOL Software APP APP, enter the "My" page, and click Personal Account on your account homepage to query and correct personal data and personal account related information.
(II) Deleting your information
1. You can delete some of your information through the methods listed in "(I) Query, correct and supplement your information".
2. In the following situations, you can request us to delete personal information by contacting the ACOL Software APP Platform Service Center:
(1) If our behavior in processing personal information violates laws and regulations.
(2) If we collect and use your personal information personal information without your explicit consent.
(3) If our handling of personal information seriously violates the agreement with you.
(4) If you voluntarily canceled your account.
2. If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also try our best to notify the subjects who obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these subjects have independently obtained your personal information). authorization).
3. When you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system due to applicable legal and security technical restrictions. We will securely store your personal information and limit any access to it. Further processing occurs until the backup can be purged or anonymized.
(III) Change the scope of your authorization and consent

However, please note that for some types of personal information, such as information necessary to implement the basic functions of the ACOL Software APP Platform or information necessary for us to perform our obligations under laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request to change the scope of authorization (see (V) Responding to your above request for details).
2. After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect our previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.
(IV) Cancel your account
1. You can log in to the ACOL Software APP platform and submit an account cancellation application in the "My" page - "Cancel Account" section or cancel your account through manual customer service by calling the contact number published in these Privacy Guidelines. .
2. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing products or services to you, and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.
(V) Responding to your above request
1. To ensure the security of your account, when you make the above request to us, we may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
2. We will respond within fifteen (15) days to the above request you made to us.
3. In principle, we do not charge fees for your reasonable requests, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain fee at our discretion. For information that is not directly related to your identity, repeats information for no reason, or requires excessive technical means (for example, the need to develop a new system or fundamentally change existing practices), poses risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or is unrealistic. , we may reject it.
4. In the following circumstances, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:
(1) Related to our performance of obligations stipulated in laws and regulations;
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(5) There is sufficient evidence that the personal information subject has subjective malice or abused rights. ;
(6) To protect the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the authorization and consent of the individual;
(7) Responding to your request will cause the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations to be affected. Severe damage;
(8) Involving trade secrets.
VIII. How we manage the information of minors
1. ACOL Software APP provides a platform for cultural communication and related services. Our services are for adults (in principle, those over 18 years old are adults, and those over 16 years old are considered to be adults with their own labor income. Those who are our main source of livelihood are also considered adults). If you are a minor, we ask that you ask your parents or other guardians to read these Privacy Guidelines carefully and use our services or provide information to us with the consent of your parents or other guardians.
2. If your guardian does not agree with you using our services or providing information to us in accordance with these Privacy Guidelines, please terminate your use of our services immediately and notify us in a timely manner.
3. For situations where we collect personal information from minors with the consent of parents or legal guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information when permitted by law, with explicit consent from parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect minors.
4. If you are the guardian of a minor, when you have any questions about the minor under your guardianship's use of our services or the user information they provide to us, please contact us in time. Major changes referred to in these Guidelines include but are not limited to:
